JAVA JAVA JAVA
Java is being hailed as the best thing since sliced bread, the savious
of the computer industry, destroyer of Microsoft, all sorts of unlikely
accolades.
OS/2 has Java built-in. Why? What's it for? What can you do with it?
How? How easy is it?
These questions (and more) will be answered at the February meeting,
where we will be joined by two speakers:
John Soyring, Vice-President World-Wide Technical Projects in IBM's
Personal Software Products division
and
Dion Gallard, from Multi-Task Consulting. A noted authortity on Java, to
boot!
Where: Level 10, IBM building, Darling Park.
When: Monday 17th February, starting 6pm sharp!
