Subject: Adobe 4 OS/2 survey

IMPORTANT SURVEY FOR POTENTIAL ACROBAT CUSTOMERS ========= ====== === ========= ======= =========

(DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE; Mail results of this Survey to acro4os2@adobe.com!)

Adobe is trying to assess the market demand for authoring on OS/2. Authoring is the ability to
create and annotate Acrobat Documents. The Acrobat Reader, which is available free, is only able to
read, print, and view created acrobat documents, as well as other processing tasks available with
certain plug-in extensions. For more information on what Acrobat really does, please refer to our web
page:

http://www.adobe.com/acrobat/

If you are interested in OS/2 versions of Acrobat Exchange and Distiller, please respond to this
email and fill in the following form. Please answer the question on the same line, as the answers
will be tallied automatically. It is also important that you keep the subject line when you reply to
this message. When you answer question 2, keep in mind one acrobat license, which would include
Exchange and Distiller, will have an MSRP of $295.
