Enjoy the festive season in moderation, I'm off to Jervis Bay for a week, if I get the right
combination of luck and wind, I'll be skimming wavetops on my sailboard ( there's hoping!).

I've just posted the latest revision of Sysbench (0.9.1c) to both
hobbes.nmsu.edu and to ftp.cdrom.com. This is a benchmarking program for OS/2
and includes graphics, integer, floating point, DIVE, disk, file and memory
tests.

This version corrects a few bugs in the existing code, adds a new suite of
disk tests, allows command line execution, adds a more complete description of
your machine... about 8 items listed as new in the readme.txt file that
accompanies it.

Enjoy...

JMA SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES SHIPS WEBNAVIGATOR 1.11 FOR OS/2 VERSION 3 AND 4

Gotheburg, Sweden, December 20, 1996 -- Today, JMA Software Technologies
started to ship updated WebNavigator 1.11. WebNavigator is a Internet web
browser and HTML document viewer built to be compact and easy to use.

Features include online and offline browsing, news and mail support,
internal/external downloads, select a new link while a document is loading,
easy to use QuickList and others.

WebNavigator is also available in customized versions. If your company has
need for a specialized and/or featured restricted web browser please contact
us for more information.

But what about WebExplorer and Netscape Navigator ?

WebNavigator is not built to be the all in one Internet application.
WebExplorer and Navigator both tries to incorporate as much as possible but we
found out - asking our users - that most users prefer separate mail and news
clients. Therefore WebNavigator is built to be a quick an compact browser
though it supports mail and news.

WebNavigator is quite similar to WebExplorer. They both use the same API and
share many features. WebExplorer has not changed much the last year and IBM
has publicly stated that WebExplorer will not be enhanced.

Netscape Navigator is a full featured browser and mail/news client.
WebNavigator is not built to compete with that. On the other hand the current
Netscape Navigator for OS/2 is a 2,8 MB file while WebNavigator is around
100 KB. Many of our users use both browsers.

But the most compelling reason for WebNavigator is that you can influence the
features. Try calling IBM or Netscape and ask for a specific feature, our
browser (WebNavigator) is built on what our users asks for.

To summarize, WebNavigator 1.11 contains among others the following features.

o Browse the net Online.
o Browse your HTML document offline.
o Internal and external (plugin) ftp/download.
o Integrated Mail and News.
o Select a new link while another is loading.
o Built for speed and compactness (EXE file around 100KB).
o Easy to use QuickList.
o We also offer customized versions !

WebNavigator 1.11 ships as Trial and Registered Editions. The Registered
Edition lists for USD $25. The Trial Edition is a free trial version that
might be evaluated in 30 days. The Trial Edition has a timeout and has
limitations on its features. Any use after the trial period requires you to
register. Unregistered use after the evaluation period is illegal.

The Trial Edition is available for download from our world wide web site and
from several public ftp sites.

This upgrade is free for registered users of HTMLview 1.0.

For site licenses please contact us via internet mail .

JMA Software Technologies offers maintenance and support services for all its
products. For information on maintenance and support services visit our world
wide web site.

Please note that support is only available to registered users.

WebNavigator can be purchased through BMT Micro.

World's Easiest Software for OS/2 Warp Ships Today As Part of

10:26 Dec 06, 1996 EST

ST. PAUL, Minn., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX), the
nation's largest printer of personal checks and a leading supplier of other
printed materials for small businesses, today announced that it will begin
shipping its World's Easiest software for IBM's OS/2 Warp Connect operating
system. Shipping World's Easiest OS/2 allows Deluxe to leverage its presence
in the small business market. Deluxe Corporation and IBM announced in April a
joint marketing agreement to develop World's Easiest software to support IBM's
OS/2 Warp Connect operating system.

World's Easiest OS/2 software gives all PC users, regardless of their artistic
or computer skill, the ability to design, create and professionally print
letterhead, stationery, business cards, rubber stamps, invitations, and other
items right from their computer. World's Easiest offers push-button ease and
simplicity, and gives users the choice of selecting their own printer or using
professional printing to create printed paper products. World's Easiest
software currently runs under OS/2, Windows 3.x and Windows95.

"Shipping World's Easiest software for OS/2 will help us better serve the
small business markets by bringing World's Easiest software to many more
computer users," says Murad Velani, Vice President of Electronic Commerce at
Deluxe. "The OS/2 environment will help us enhance our small business
offerings and provide affordable, high-quality software."

"We welcome World's Easiest software for OS/2 Warp Connect to the list of
technologies running on IBM platforms," said John G. Schwarz, Vice President,
Solution Developer Marketing, IBM. "Our Solution Developer Program members
like Deluxe have access to leveraged technical, marketing and sales support
designed to help them reach new customers and take their products to market
quickly."

Providing solutions for customers ranging from the connected consumer to the
enterprise, IBM's OS/2 provides solutions for individual consumers as well as
large companies. OS/2 is the base for a broad family of products, including
OS/2 Warp, OS/2 Warp Connect, OS/2 Warp Server, Directory & Security Server
and the set of IBM Software Servers, for which OS/2 is the reference platform.
IBM has released the next version of OS/2 Warp, which will improve networking,
provide an enhanced user interface, and include new, easy-to-use features.

OS/2 CENTRAL FORUM OPENS ON COMPUSERVE

MT. LAUREL -- December 24, 1996 -- Creative Systems Programming Corporation,
in conjunction with Productivity Solutions, Inc., is proud to announce a new
CompuServe forum to provide support for the OS/2 Community.

Today we are announcing the creation of OS/2 Central (GO OS2CENTRAL), the
first of several new forums that we will launch over the next few months for
the OS/2 Community on CompuServe.

The OS/2 Central Forum includes discussion areas for all aspects of the OS/2
Warp system. It covers topics ranging from tips and techniques for the new
user just installing OS/2 Warp to advice for the small office/home office
environment to latest advances for the corporate developers and users.

Special discussion areas have been established for Netscape Navigator and
plug-ins, graphic tools, Internet/Intranet, Java/Javascript, Jobs/Contracts,
mobile computing and Voicetype. OS/2 experts have been invited to help staff
these discussion areas.

"The creation of OS/2 Central is a key part of our strategy to improve the
on-line experience for the OS/2 community on CompuServe", said Larry B.
Finkelstein, president of Creative Systems Programming Corporation. "With
our recent acquisition of rights to continue development of CompuServe's
OS/2-CIM product and our award winning Golden CommPass software, we're in a
great position to provide a world-class experience on CompuServe and the
Internet!"

In addition to the OS/2 Central Forum, we will also create a new forum to
provide support for the OS/2 Developers and Independent Software Vendors
(ISVs) on CompuServe. This will help to fill the void created by IBM's
recent announcement that their OS/2 Developer Support Forum will be closed
at the end of this year.

Productivity Solutions, Inc. is a consulting firm that specializes in new
and emerging technologies, including UNIX, OS/2 and MS-DOS. David Moskowitz,
the president of Productivity Solutions, Inc., is the coauthor of the best
selling book, Warp Unleashed.

Founded in 1984 and a privately-held company, Creative Systems Programming
Corporation designs custom applications for 32-bit operating systems and is
a leading developer of communications software, including the
internationally acclaimed Golden CommPass, OS/2 Navigation Software.
